2021-2022 Jeep Wrangler JL For Sale in Torrington, CT

The Next-Generation Wrangler "JL" is Available Now at our Torrington Dealership

After going more than a decade without a significant change, the Wrangler enters the 2019 model year with the introduction of the new Wrangler JL model. While your first impression might be that nothing much has changed, there are subtle design tweaks that bring a touch of modernity to the familiar, beloved SUV. The seven-slot grille features a keystone shape, with headlights closely embracing the outer slots, while full-length rain gutters also make for a convenient way to attach a roof rack.

Wrangler JL Trim Levels

The 2019 Wrangler comes in four trim levels and is offered in either two- or four-door frames. One noteworthy difference from the previous generation Wrangler is the fact that the four-door model is no longer named the Wrangler Unlimited. Rubicon, Sport S and Sport trims are offered as either two- or four-door models, while the Sahara trim level is only available as a four-door.

2020 Jeep Gladiator Truck

Launching in 2019, the Jeep Wrangler will be available as a pickup truck with the all-new 2020 Jeep Gladiator model. Learn more about the Gladiator.

Offroad Features

All Wrangler JL models boast a ground clearance of 10.9 inches, and Sport and Sahara trims are equipped with the Command-Trac 4x4 system as a standard feature. The Rubicon trim features a Rock-Trac 4x4 system, skid plates, front and rear tow hooks and 33-inch tires, making it an ideal choice when you're looking to dominate terrain and go rock crawling.

New Wrangler JL Top Options

Three top options await you, with a new power soft top -- named the Sky One-Touch -- offering the ability to retract the top at the touch of a button. The new Sunrider convertible top can be retracted to either fully-open or partially open positions, and the classic hardtop has been reworked to make it easier to remove.

Three engines are available for the Wrangler JL, starting with the standard 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 that makes 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. You can also opt for a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 270 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, and marks Jeeps' first entry into hybrid technology. Finally, there's a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine that will be available in the future and generates 262 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque.
